Also, the Board approved the appointments of following directors, w.e.f. today:
(1) Mr. Ajit Kumar Mittal, as Non-executive Director;
(2) Mr. Manvinder Singh Walia, as WTD and KMP;
(3) Mr. Akshay Gupta, as Non-executive Director;
(4) Mr. Gurrappa Gopalakrishna (Ex- Executive Director, Reserve Bank of India, and Director (with the rank of Deputy Governor) CAFRAL), as Independent Director; and
(5) Justice Gyan Sudha Misra (Retd. Judge of Supreme Court of India), as Independent Director.
Col. (Retd.) SS Kadyan, Mr. Joginder Singh Kataria, Mr. Rajinder Singh Nandal & Ms. Pia Johnson, the existing directors, have resigned w.e.f. today.
