1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 consider and approve Un-audited Quarterly Financial Result for Quarter ending on December 31, 2016.
2. To adopt Limited Review Report on Unaudited Quarterly Result for quarter ended on December 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 for all directors/officers /designated employees of the Company with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
