| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 14, 2012, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on March 14, 2012, 8K Miles Software Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the number of equity shares to be issued on preferential basis has been mentioned wrongly as 3,49,600 (Three Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred only) instead of 4,72,300 (Four Lakh Seventy Two Thousand Three Hundred only). Consequently, the item No. 1 of the communication should be read as follows:
1. Raise additional funds by way of issue of 4,72,300 (Four Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand and Three Hundred Only) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 57/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Only) per equity share, including a premium of Rs. 47/- (Rupees Forty Seven Only) per equity share, on preferential basis to strategic investors as decided by the Board, in compliance with Chapter VII of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
