    With reference to the earlier letter dated November 30, 2015 informing that the Company has filed a Reference in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 to the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), New Delhi, for determination of the measures on November 20, 2015 vide the Company's letter dated November 18, 2015, TRF Ltd has now submiited to BSE a copy of letter dated January 15, 2016 received from BIFR confirming that the said Reference has been registered in BIFR as Case No. 10/2016.
