1. Mr. Pravin Gupta has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 08, 2013.
2. Ms. Sonia Bhandari has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from May 08, 2013. She has also been appointed and nominated as the Compliance Officer.
3. Consequent to the recent changes in the Board of the Company, the Board has reconstituted various Committees formed.
4. Registered office of the Company has been changed to '54, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase- III, New Delhi -110020' with effect from May 08, 2013.
5. Corporate office of the Company has been changed to 'B-206A, Sector - 81, Phase - II, Noida -201305' with effect from May 08, 2013.
6. M/s. PPAP Tokai India Rubber Private Limited, a Joint Venture of the Company, has commenced the manufacture of EPDM parts. |
