Also, The Board will consider the offer letter issued by its subsidiary (DSR INFOTECH LTD) for the rights issue of its equity shares.
For the above purpose, as per Company's code of conduct for a prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the directors / designated employees / relatives of designated persons/auditors / consultants of the Company from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
