| Exchange Disseminated Time | Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2016, pursuant to NOC dated April 07, 2016, obtained from Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, have decided to obtain Members approval by way of postal ballot, inter alia for change of name of the Company to "63 moons technologies limited" and in order to amplify its existing objects and elucidate the technology initiatives in new verticals, amend / alter sub-clause 5 of Clause III A of the Memorandum of Association by way of addition of appropriate para in existing sub-clause 5.
The copy of the postal ballot notice and postal ballot form would be sent to the shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members / List of beneficial owners as on April 18, 2016. |
