Pursuant to regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit that there is no deviation in use of the proceeds aggregating to Rs. 9.44 Crores (75% of the issue price of the Warrant) received from respective Warrant Holder(s) for issue and allotment of 2,45,000 Equity Shares on Conversion of Warrants issued on preferential basis in pursuance of the Approval of Shareholders at the Extra General Meeting held on 11.11.2015 during the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
