The Company vide letters dated August 12, 2017 and August 23, 2017 had informed the Exchange, that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 and the meetings of the members, secured and unsecured creditors, pursuant to section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, to seek approval the Scheme of Amalgamation, will be held on September 30, 2017.
The Board of Directors, by passing a resolution by circulation on August 30, 2017 has resolved to change the dates of the meetings which will be as under -
Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 will be held on September 29, 2017;
Meetings of the members, secured and unsecured creditors, pursuant to section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, to seek approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation, will be held on October 12, 2017.
