| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated April 28, 2015 regarding the allotment of shares under the ESOP Scheme 2012, vide resolution dated April 28, 2015, Snowman Logistics Ltd has now informed BSE that the effective date of allotment of shares was missed while communicating the same. Hence kindly note the effective date of allotment which shall be as follows:
1. 15,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 2nd Grant (Exercise price - Rs.10.60) effective from April 28, 2015.
2. 32,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 4th Grant (Exercise price - Rs.18.30) effective from April 30, 2015.
3. 3,37,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (Exercise price - Rs.10.60) effective from May 01, 2015. |
