| Exchange Disseminated Time | Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 18, 2013, it was decided to seek the consent of the members of the Company through 'Postal Ballot' under Section 293(1)(a) read with Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 to sell, transfer, deliver or otherwise dispose off the following:
1. Agro Formulation Division of the Company.
2. Pune Unit of the Industrial Chemicals Division of the Company including business conducted therein.
Result of the Postal Ballot will be declared on September 12, 2013. |
