| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldstone Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended a dividend of Re. 0.40 (10%) per shares of the face value of Rs. 4/- each for the financial year 2008-09.
2. Allotted 57,432 shares to the remaining shareholders of Sun Plast O Met Ltd pursuant to the approved Scheme of Amalgamation, and
3. Decided to de-list the equity shares of the Company from Ahmedabad, Madras & Delhi Stock Exchanges. |
