| Exchange Disseminated Time | Speciality Restaurants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2015, inter alia, has considered and decided the following :
1. Noted the resignation of Mr. Vishal Sood as a Director of the Company with effect from the March 20, 2015.
2. Approved the change in the membership of the Audit Committee as under : -
Mr. Tara Sankar Bhattacharya ceased to hold the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee and would continue to be a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Jyotin Mehta , previously a member of the Audit Committee would act as Chairman of the Audit Committee. However, there is no change in the constitution and the terms of reference of the Audit Committee. |
