1. Mr. S. Santhanakrishnan and Mr. Sateesh Kumar Andra, Non Executive Independent Directors have been resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from October 31, 2012.
2. Mr. K. Vijayaraghavan and Mr. P. Mohanan, Non Executive Independent Directors have been appointed as Directors. |
