Further to our earlier communications of October 11, 2017 and November 24, 2017 ('Previous Communications') in relation to the acquisition of 3,830,072 equity shares of Fermenta Biotech Limited (subsidiary of DIL Limited) held by Evolvence India Life Sciences Fund LLC by DIL Limited (Company), the Company wishes to inform BSE Limited that the transactions contemplated in the Previous Communications have now been completed and Closed as per the terms of the SPA.
