Nagar, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri - East, Mumbai - 400093 at 11:00 A.M. interalia, where along with other matters, the Board shall consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results for the third quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2017.
Further, as per the 'Code of Conduct' adopted by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2018 till Forty-Eight hours after the date of Board Meeting, for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives.
