Notice is hereby given to you pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 28th July, 2017 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for first quarter (Q1) ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 18th July, 2017 till 30th July, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Company's Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
