1. The Board approved the appointment of M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Company Secretaries to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. The Board has constituted/reconstituted various Board Committees in compliance with the clauses of the Listing Agreement as amended and the Companies Act, 2013. |
