Further, in terms of the Code for Corporate Disclosure Practices and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 adopted by the Company, the Company has informed all the "concerned persons” that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for Directors / Employees from May 21, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company's Board Meeting as scheduled above. |
