| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and Six months ended September 30, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 30, 2014 to November 10, 2014 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from November 11, 2014. |
