This is to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 26st day of September, 2017.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder as amended from time to time, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 22nd September, 2017 to Tuesday, 26th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
