1. The Board of Directors of the Company was reconstituted as under
a. Appointment of Mr. Remit Bansal and Mr. Vinay Chhajlani as non executive Directors of the Company;
b. Mr. Raghav Bahl and Mr. Senthil Chengalvarayan resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. July 07, 2014,
2. Took note of change in Promoters of the Company.
a. Raghav Bahl, Ritu Kapur, Vandana Malik. Subhash Bahl, the current promoters and their affiliates and the promoter group (other than Network18 Media & Investments Limited,) have ceased to be promoters and promoter group of the Company as defined under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), 2009 as amended. |
