| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/03/2016 12:53:17 | SIL Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2016, has considered and decided the following;
1. Company to apply to RBI with a proposal to convert itself into a Core Investment Company as against its existing status as NBFC-ND-S1.
2. RBI to examine possibilities for the same, and therefore the change in status, if any, is subject to requisite approvals as may be required.
3. Board noted the registration of the Company as member of the following Credit Information Companies:- (a) CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly known as High Mark Credit Information Services Pvt. Ltd.) (b) Equifax Credit Information Services Private Limited, (c) Experian Credit Information Company of India Pvt. Ltd. and (d) Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL). |
