| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gangotri Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors' Report, the Balance Sheet as March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the period ended March 31, 2008 and the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri. C R Swaminathan & Sri. D Palanisamy as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Thakker & Sanghani, Chartered Accountants, Coimbatore and M/s. Srikishen & Co, Chartered Accountants, Coimbatore the retiring Auditors of the Company as the Auditors of’ the Company to hold office as Auditors of’ the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on such remuneration, terms & conditions. |
