| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016;
2. Recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16; and
3. Fix the dates of book closure for the purpose of payment of Dividend, etc.
Pursuant to the DBSIL (Code of Conduct for Insider Trading) Rules, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2016 till May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on May 26, 2016. |
