| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2016 13:44:56 | Mishka Exim Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to take place on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record among other items of the agenda the Un-Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) and Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors for the half year ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
