inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-2014.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company for the Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from the May 08, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014. |
