(Payable Annually), for 2nd and 3rd Year- 8.78% (Payable Annually)], Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value INR 10,00,000/- each, bearing ISIN: INE148I07HW8 issued by the Company on 22.08.2016 and due for complete redemption on 22.08.2019 and listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, the Company had earlier redeemed (bought back) 250 Debentures on 05.09.2017 and 1,000 Debentures on 06.09.2017 and has now redeemed (bought back) 500 Debentures. The Company has duly intimated the Debenture Trustee in this behalf.
Consequent to aforesaid redemption, these 500 Debentures are no longer tradable at the Exchange, and are being extinguished for which the Company has initiated the corporate action. Upon such extinguishment, an aggregate of 30,250 Debentures shall remain outstanding and tradable at the Exchange under ISIN: INE148I07HW8. |
