| Exchange Disseminated Time | Logix Microsystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Roop Sing Chawhan, who was an Independent Director, from Directorship of the Company; and
2. Decided to change the name of the Company from ‘Logix Microsystems Limited" to “IZMO Limited” subject to the approval of shareholders and Central Government. The new name will be effective on issue of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon, change of name from the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, Bangalore. |
