This is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and if so approved, the total dividend for the year will amount to Re.0.45 (Paisa Forty Five) per equity share [including interim dividend of Re.0.10 (Paisa Ten) per equity share, declared on January 31, 2017] on face value of Re. 1 per share. |
