| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2013, inter alia, took the following decisions:
1. The Board has approved the re-appointment of Shri Rajiv Poddar for a period of five years w.e.f. January 22, 2014 as a Executive Director and has been re-designated as a Joint Managing Director. The Board has also approved the remuneration payable to him, as recommended by Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. |
