1. The board has decided to accept online payments with Prime Banks Internet Payment Gateway (IPSP) and have registered the company with RBI as Member Service Provider (ISO/MSP).
2. The value of the office building has been revalued from approx 77 lacs to approx 2.51 cr as on January 14, 2013, as per the valuation report of M/s. Ambike Consultant dated and the same has been adopted in the accounts as on that date. |
