1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended and Reports of Board of directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanajy Mimani & Mr. Brajesh Sadani as directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Agrawal Dugar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, retiring auditors of the Company to hold office as such from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Appointment of Mr. Sachin Rathi as director of the Company. |
