| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sumeet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2011, has taken the following decisions:
1. The floor price in respect of the proposed QIP Placement, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85 of Chapter VIII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 (“SEBI Regulations”) is Rs. 30.21 per Equity Share, and the Relevant Date for this purpose, in terms of Regulation 81 of the aforesaid Regulations, is April 09, 2011.
2. The Bid / Issue to be opened on April 18, 2011, and that the committee will decide the Bid / Issue closing date. |
