Juhu Resorts and Development Private Limited.
The said Preference Shares are not proposed to be listed on any Stock Exchange.
In view of the above the issue and allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 17,45,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 15,50,000 Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of face value of Rs. 100/- each to Rs. 19,20,31,000/- comprising of 19,53,100 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and 17,25,000 Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of face value of Rs. 100/- each. |
