| Exchange Disseminated Time | OnMobile Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2014, inter alia, has :
1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Francois Charles Sirois as an additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. June 26, 2014.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Pancholy as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. June 26, 2014.
3. Taken note of the resignation of Mr. Chandramouli Janakiraman from the Board w.e.f. June 26, 2014.
In this regard the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated June 26, 2014 "OnMobile appoints Francois-Charles Sirois as an Additional Director to its Board; CEO Rajiv Pancholy becomes Managing Director and is nominated to the Board". |
