| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Increase in Price, Windsor Machines Ltd has clarified to BSE that recently there is no occurrence, operational/ performance information, price sensitive information etc. in the Company that fall under the purview of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and which is required to intimate to the stock exchange(s).
Further, the Company has clarified that, the Company do not have any information/ announcement (including pending announcement) which, in the Company's opinion, may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the script. |
