| Exchange Disseminated Time | Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2013, have approved the following transaction:
- To allot the following Equity Shares on preferential basis to MURUDESHWAR POWER CORPORATION LIMITED a promoter / promoter group Company.
- No. of Equity Shares : 20,35,000 (Twenty lakh thirty five thousand)
- Price Per Equity Shares : Rs.17/- per Equity Shares
- Remarks : The Company has realized the 25% upfront money amounting to Rs. 86,48,750/- on March 19, 2012 the balance 75% amounting to Rs. 2,59,46,250/- from the allottee has been received on July 27, 2013 for which 20,35,000 equity shares were allotted on July 30, 2013 by converting the second Tranche of 20,35,000 warrants into 20,35,000 equity shares. |
