| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 and Balance Sheet as on that date together with the Directors’ Report, Auditors’ Report.
2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Rama Murali, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2011 - 12, to hold office from the conclusion of 5th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Surinder Singh Kohli as a Director of the Company.
