- Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2017.
- Recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2017, if any, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further, the Trading Window, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from May 18, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
