We have received the intimation from our Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. Purple India Holdings Limited ('PIHL') that they have acquired the 100 % shareholding of Destimoney Commodities Private Limited ('DCPL') and became the holding Company of DCPL with effect from 6th March, 2017.
