| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/03/2016 16:48:59 | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2016, inter alia, to discuss the proposal for the appointment of a Whole Time Director (KMP).
In this connection, pursuant to the Circular issued by the Stock Exchanges regarding the Trading Window disclosure by the Companies and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the Code, from March 11, 2016 to March 19, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open on March 21, 2016.
The same has been informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company. |
