| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 29, 2013 wherein the Company had informed about the appointment of M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited as Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) in place of M/s. MCS Limited, to be effective upon completion of requisite formalities. In this connection, Maral Overseas Ltd has now informed BSE that the necessary formalities have since been completed and the appointment will become effective from April 28, 2014 in respect of securities held in demat and physical mode.
