Cut-off date for E-voting

International Paper APPM Ltd has informed BSE that the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 27, 2014.

Further, July 18, 2014 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to the members of the Company in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting.

The Company shall be, accordingly, sending the communication for e-Voting to its members, whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on July 18, 2014.
