| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Secured Creditors at the Adjourned Meeting held on May 28, 2013 in compliance with the directions of Hon'ble High Court at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur have unanimously passed the resolution signifying approval to Scheme of Arrangement providing inter-alia for the Merger of Steel Division of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited with the Company.
The Company now will approach to the Hon'ble High Court seeking further direction in this regard. |
