| Exchange Disseminated Time | Century Enka Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2008, to approve the Annual Accounts (Audited) for the year ended March 31, 2008 and Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
At the same meeting, the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that the Company will publish the Annual Audited Results and therefore, Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 will not be published. |
