| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/02/2017 16:22:05 | Venus Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2017, inter alia, has considered and approved as follow:
1. Subject to approvals, sanctions & Compliance required under Companies Act. 2016 SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and any other applicable laws, board recommended further issue of equity capital upto an amount of Rs. 25 crores to Qualified Institutional Buyers through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) on a price to be computed as per the applicable laws.
2. Extra Ordinary General meeting to consider Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) is scheduled to be held on March 21, 2017. |
