| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding passing of appropriate resolutions in the Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2013, whereas shareholders have approved the Alteration of Object Clause by way of a special resolution, Vapi Paper Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that, subsequent to approval of Shareholders and an application made by the Company to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, Maharashtra, an approval for change of Object Clause of the Company w.e.f. October 08, 2013 has been obtained.
Further the Company has informed that, a fresh "Memorandum of Association" has been submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. |
