1. On exercise of Employee Stock Option Plan-2013 by Employees of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has on August 11, 2016 allotted fully paid up 63,600 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to its employees.
2. Approved Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 for the employees of the company and also for the employee of the subsidiary company and recommended this to be passed by the Shareholders of the company at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
