1. The Board has approved the appointment of Amit R. Dadheech & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial year 2014-15.
2. The Board has also approved the appointment of Ms. Shobhana Sinkar, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 15, 2015. |
